Garden Club Reflections: Understanding the Kingdom

After sharing of the gaining of the kingdom as the obtaining of a valuable treasure, Jesus questioned, “Have you understood all these things?” His disciples answered in the affirmative. But do we understand?

               Jesus repetitively shares the worth of the coming Kingdom. He even encourages us to regularly pray, “Your Kingdom come,” to our Heavenly Father. So, the summary question: are we as invested in the gaining of the Kingdom? Do we know its value? Do we prioritize it in our everyday lives? Let’s be passionate seekers of God’s Kingdom.
