Is it possible? Can I be like my Heavenly Father and reflect the life of my beautiful Savior? Apparently, yes!
Jesus clarifies: “While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light.” (John 12:36a) And it looks like a combination of opportunity and faith are necessary to bring about this transformation in me.
Jesus perpetually offers this light which is available in Himself. I need to embrace His light. I need to believe in the light that He offers in His simple and yet valuable salvation. And then? Then I can actually change into a child of light myself. Beautiful offer!
