I used to be different. I used to be in a different category. I was once a citizen of a different kingdom. But things are different now.
The Apostle Paul reminds, “For at one time you were darkness, but now are you light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.” (Ephesians 5:8) Not only was I IN a different category, I WAS a different category. I was darkness. I was a child of darkness and a citizen of a dark country. But I’m different now.
Now? I’m light in the Lord. Now? I walk as a child of light. Now? I am a citizen of a kingdom of light. It’s so good to be different than I once was. I’m a grateful child of God.
