Garden Club Reflections- Witty Inventions

How persistent am I in my pursuit of knowledge? Of wisdom? Wisdom, personified, and speaking in the first person point of view, says, “I wisdom dwell with prudence and find out knowledge of witty inventions.” (Proverbs 8:12) “Witty inventions” here is not referring to machinery but rather machinations, stooping to tricks and schemes to gain a tidbit of information.

               Wisdom is passionate to learn, grow, and thrive. Am I? Am I willing to dig out a word of truth? Do I delve into dark realms to grasp a truth? How far down that rabbit hole am I willing to peer to obtain a different perspective? Let’s be tricky…at least when growing in knowledge.
