Garden Club Reflections: Jesus' Voice, part 3
“And a stranger will they not follow but will flee from Him;: for they know not the voice of strangers.” (John 10:5) In a season of deception, when many voices reach our ears with lies and allurements, focusing on the voice of our Shepherd is the only method of survival. Strangers will attempt to trick us into thinking they are truth, saying, “Lo, here, Lo there.” Believe them not. Follow them not.
Listen close. Jesus is always speaking His truth to the world, mainly through His Word, often through His children, occasionally through circumstances. We must practice distinguishing His voice. It’s different, distinctive, calming. Take hope, dear family!
