Garden Club Reflections: The Voice of God, part 5

“The LORD sits upon the flood; yes, the LORD sits King forever. The LORD will give strength unto His people; the LORD will bless His people with peace.” (Psalm 29:10,11) God is powerful. God is the eternal King. His Word guides His people. Referring back once again to John 10:3, Jesus declares, “my sheep hear my voice and follow me.” When Jesus used “I AM” statements in the gospels, He was intentionally declaring Himself to be the Jehovah God of the Exodus.

                  Accepting now that Jesus is King will save us the effort of planning our allegiance to Him in a future Kingdom. He is King. His kingdom is everlasting, And He offers peace to His people as the prince of peace. Let’s worship our King, Jesus.
