Garden Club Reflections- Receive Instruction

               In Proverb 8:10, where Wisdom is personified, she says, “Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold.” This verse is speaking of priorities. What specifically do we value and passionately pursue? Do we spurn learning and growing for the goal of gaining wealth?

               Wisdom is pleading for humanity to reorganize their priorities to place instruction and knowledge at the top of the list in our lives. By embracing the pursuit of Wisdom, we in truth embrace the Creator, Jesus, Who IS the embodiment of Wisdom. Let’s place learning first. Let’s focus on growth and maturity. Let’s be guided by Wisdom.
