“The integrity of the upright shall guide them…” (Proverbs 11:3a) In a chaotic age, where humanity seems to have wandered off the path, believers can rely on a steady guide in their own personal sense of right and wrong. Integrity can be defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, that don’t sway or change with the circumstances.
By knowing what is right, by following what we know, we can stay on the path because that integrity acts as a guardrail. Humanity learns this life hack from the Creator Himself, Who teaches us to be upright and empowers us to live uprightly, through His Word and through His Spirit. Let’s cling to the security of this principle and employ our gift called integrity.
