Garden Club Reflections: Humanity Humbled

Psalm 46, 47, 48 are a prophecy trilogy. Verse 46:6,7, “The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.” During judgment, the wicked, instead of fleeing from their evil condition, turn up the heat, and rage against the wrath of God, the Judge. Even in Jude, the ungodly are predicted to refuse to be humble.

          If humanity won’t humble itself, it will be humbled, through the movement of God against them. But despite their stubbornness, God still holds out a helping hand to those seeking Him. Please, know Him now. Seek Him today. God will be found and faithful.
