So, what are the results of that new song? What happens from that opportunity to praise God for His deliverance from hardships?
“-a new song-praise to our God; many shall see it, and fear, and trust in the LORD.” (Ps. 40:3b) First, the song honors God. Second, it shines as a testimony for all to see. Third, it offers an opportunity to respect God with a renewed hope in His capacity to save. And last, people will come to trust God in their circumstances, as we do in ours.
A new song is a fresh chance to share WHO God is with those around us.
