Garden Club Reflections-Righteous Rule

Any political leader looking for a plan for a long career needs to delve into the blessings of the principles of Proverbs. “It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness.” (Pr. 16:12) Evil kings, evil leaders, are a thing of horror to God, literally a monstrosity. God will not bless the reign of men who commit wickedness.

               But God does make His face to shine on those rulers humble enough to know they require God’s assistance to manage their constituents with gentleness and fairness. Longevity in leaders is a blessing of God Himself. May our government leaders embrace this truth with humility.
