Garden Club Reflections- Freedom to Roam

One advantage of being IN Christ is having the freedom that He offers, freedom to think, plan, dream, and hope. Jesus expresses this, “I AM the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” (John 10:9) In this passage, Jesus is sharing His goals for us as Shepherd of His sheep. Spiritual sustenance and refreshing, abundant living, and security are all benefits of being a part of His flock.

               But could there be any other hints of truth in this verse? Are there practical applications? Physical? Prophetic? I may explore a different explanation of this verse in a future novel. Let’s be ready to look at this with a fresh perspective. Stay ready, learning friends!
